We will accept all unworn returns due to sizing or fit concerns without question. Just ship the product back to us. We will make exchanges for size directly or we will issue the appropriate credit. 

We will issue credit for returns related to quality defects only upon inspection. Any handsewn tip and kicker seams that come undone will be resewn and shipped back at no charge for the life of the shoe. 

Any handsewn seams related to wraps are guaranteed for workmanship. However, people often walk on their wrap seams. As handsewn wraps are replaceable by design and are expected to wear over time, this is more often considered a repair. See the Repairs page for details about sending your moccasins in to be repaired. 

Machine stitching problems due to normal wear will be inspected and repairs due to quality concerns are guaranteed at no charge. However, we reserve the right to inspect and determine whether the damage is a fault of craftsmanship, long-term wear, or abuse.

(Note: If you walk with a roll, i.e., over on the outsides of your feet, soft bottom moccasins tend to wear there. This would not be considered faulty workmanship. Nor would excessive wear over a long period of time, or ill treatment due to weather or other type of abuse.)
