A description of our mail order services:

Unless otherwise requested, we send all orders via UPS Ground. If you provide your e-mail address at the time of purchase a UPS notification will be sent to alert you that your order is on its way to you. Shipping and handling fee is $7.00 per pair.

If you prefer delivery to a Post Office box, we will be happy to send your order via US Mail Insured (please specify). Shipping and handling fee is $7.50 per pair.

If you are sending a gift, go directly to the Gift Programs page to place the order from that location. You may have special shipping requests or wish to insert a gift message, which we will be happy to do for you.

For expedited service, we offer UPS 2nd Day and 3 Day Select standard services from our rural location. If you need to receive your order overnight, special arrangements must be made with Federal Express by 11:00am (please call to arrange).

For all wholesale and/or quantity purchases, we require 50% prepayment with balance upon completion before shipping the first order UPS Ground, after which an account can be set up and shipping preferences specified. We will drop ship to individual retail customers by UPS Ground for $7.50 per pair, and we provide email notification for all wholesale and drop ships orders.

       To place an order by telephone:

• If someone live doesn't pick up, the answering machine will. We might be working in the shop or packing an order for shipment. You may leave your order as a message, and be sure to leave your telephone number, so we can call back for your credit card number or other payment information.

• If you prefer, you can send a fax to the same number, and our intelligent answering machine will retrieve it. Your credit card information is safe (the machine is in the President's office).

• To make sure you have all the right information included, you can type your order into the Feedback Page, print it out, and use it as a fax form.

  How to place an order by US mail:

• Type your order information into the Feedback Page, print it out, and mail it to the address below. If there is any question, we will call to confirm your order before shipping. Please include your telephone or e-mail address.

        Use the online Store or E-mail (easiest and fastest way):

• Go to the Store link and order from there. Or, if you prefer, type your order information into the Feedback Page and send it to us via the Internet. We will send you an e-mail order confirmation with estimated ship date. You will also receive an e-mail when your order ships with UPS tracking information. If there are any questions, we will call to confirm your order before shipping. Please include your telephone and e-mail address.
